What you expect from the guild : the chance to get to tank end-game and learn all the encounters.
Reason for leaving current guild : it just formed about 2-3 weeks ago. fell apart.

I know my gear is pretty weak, but i'm working on it as hard as i can.
I know its far from whats needed for your raids, and I don't want to take anyone's spot in the raids. I'll stay on the bench untill i build up my gear and I'm willing to stay and work my way up the priority list of tanks.
